ActimétireN=9 pour matin/ N=10pour le groupe du soir. Pas de différence d'appétit, ni pour leptin et grehlin HOMA IR= insulino résistance Groupe matin: pas de différence pour le glucoe, le pic d'insuline (mai différence pour la surface) mais HOMA est plus élevé avec la lumière bleue que lumière faible. Groupe du soir: pic de glucose plus elvé, et insulie plus large (pas le pic) et HOMA plus elevé avec la lumière bleue La comparaison des 2 groupes montre que le pic de glucose est plus éléve chez ceux du soir mais pas d'autres anomalies Effet sur la somnolence qui est ugmenté par la lumière bleue, le man et le soir, mais le soir l'effe dure une heure après le fin de la lumière. Pas d'effet sur le cortisol Donc effet plus marué pour l'esposition le soir, mais quand même efft le matin sur l'insulino résistance pas d'effet subjectif sur l'appétit, ni sur la letine et la grhélin.
